We had a fun 4th of July, even though it was doomed from the beginning. The best part was that
Kristin and Jay came into town to be with us. The awful part was Sabine and Sarah keeping me and Matthew up ALL night beforehand. As Kristin and Jay as our witnesses, this is true. We slept for about an hour each before we were supposed to go to the D-ville parade starting at 9:00 AM. Sabine woke up with a fever for the 2nd day in a row so I wasn't too sure about going, but she wasn't going to miss it. So we packed up and went, if not a little late at 10:30. We pulled the girls in a wagon and threw out candy and
Hillsdale Home giftcards along the parade route. It was so fun. We finished in an hour and hustled out to beat the leaving crowd. Sabine saw lots of her church friends and enjoyed handing over the candy to them. Sarah was just interested in her lollipop. Kristin helped and Jay took pics. We had a good afternoon of napping before a BBQ at Nama's house. The food and company were excellent. We didn't do fireworks. Too late for Mom and the kids. Maybe next year. Here, a picture review:

Look like a fun and exhausting day like ours was. What's wrong with the picture? I don't see it.
I don't remember you two being the same height.:)
